It’s hard to believe but winter is quickly coming to an end. This winter season has been one with many cold days and slightly below snow cover. This usually means there will be damage to some of the more borderline plants. We have finally realized that we have enough to take care of and taking care of the gardens has taken on a life of it’s own at times.
The gardens always need a lot of work in the spring but liberal application of mulch in the spring and then again during fall cleanup make it much easier to open them in the spring.
Our grandson Ray is 10 years old now. He has turned into real gentleman. He also became a great big brother to Jack who is now 3 years old.
